                              The International Association of Dental Traumatology (IADT) maintains this web site to enhance public access to inform others about the organization, its members, meetings and related activities. The IADT web site is continually under development. We will make every effort to keep this site current and to correct errors brought to our attention.

                              By accessing or using the IADT site you signify your acknowledgment and agree to our policies. If you disagree to this statement or any material within this site, please do not use this site.  If you are dissatisfied with this web site, or any portion thereof, your exclusive remedy shall be to stop using the web site and or any social network associated with the IADT.

                              Information collected on the IADT web site or any social network app (such as but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin or any other) is used to assist our members and the general public. Our members and visitors knowingly provide information voluntarily. The IADT reserves the right to revise any information policy at any time with notice to its users. Any use of the web site after such change is deemed acceptable by the user. The IADT respects the privacy of members and all users to this site.  The IADT is not libel for any organization, nor can the IADT guarantee the reputation of any member.

                               

                              Database Cookies

                              Cookies are files that contain information created by a Web server that can be stored on a user’s hard disk for use either during a particular session (“per-session” cookie) or for future use (“persistent” cookie). The IADT uses cookies only to facilitate automated activity, store and track passwords, determine appropriate solicitations, and review navigation patterns. If the user declines the attachment of any cookie, the user may not have access to the full benefits of the website. Registration enables the site to better determine members' interest areas and provide the most relevant information.
                              Cookies are not used to disseminate significant information about users via the Internet or to analyze any information that users have knowingly or unknowingly provided. When a user registers, the system will ask whether the user approves of the attachment of a cookie. Users may instruct their Internet browsers to opt out of accepting a “persistent” cookie and rather accept only a “per-session” cookie, but will need to login each time they visit the site to enjoy the full benefits.

                               

                              IADT “Member Page” & Conference Registration

                              To gain access to “member only” pages, resources and other personal features, members and other users are asked to register and provide contact and personal information. This information is submitted voluntarily. The IADT asks members and Organizational members to provide their name, member number (for members), contact information and e-mail address for confirmations and receipts.

                              New member and conference registration requires colleagues to complete application forms for membership status and conference or seminar registration. Additionally, for some e-mails may be sent to its members The IADT may choose to monitor whether a recipient receives message and from time to time may ask colleagues to complete surveys. IADT only uses this information to provide services and distribution to its membership. Information gathered by the IADT is not sold for distribution.

                               

                              IADT Disclosure

                              IADT member contact information is available on the IADT web site.  IADT Members voluntary elect to post their information on the IADT website to share with other members.  Members can also elect to not post information.  Members may contact IADT office at iadt@iadt-dentaltrauma.org or 1-858-272-1018 to express their preferences if they determine later that they do not wish to have their information shared.

                               

                              Credit Card Account Information

                              The IADT does not disclose credit card account information provided. When members and non-members choose to pay using their credit cards, the IADT submits the information needed to obtain payment to the appropriate clearinghouse.

                               

                              Other Web Sites and Social Network Apps

                              This Web site contains links to other Web sites and social network apps, such as but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and others.. The IADT has no control over and is not responsible for the privacy policies or content of any such sites.
